1. About us

Stella Travel is an excursion company in Hurghada, Egypt, operated by STELLA TRAVEL LLC, organising day trips and activities from Hurghada since 2010.

2. Booking

• You book by WhatsApp or email. A booking is confirmed when we send you the confirmation with the date and your pick-up time.
• Please give us correct details: names, hotel, room number, number of adults, children and infants, and the children’s ages.
• No deposit is needed to book.

3. Prices and payment

• The price of each excursion, and what it includes, is shown on its own page. Every price states its unit, for example per person, per buggy or per flight.
• You pay in cash on the day of the excursion, in euros, US dollars, British pounds or Egyptian pounds.
• PayPal is available on request, with a 5% service fee.
• Hotel pick-up and drop-off inside Hurghada is included. Transfers from Sahl Hasheesh and Makadi Bay cost €5 per person (roundtrip). Transfers from Soma Bay, Safaga and El Gouna cost €10 per person (roundtrip).
• Optional extras listed as “not included” on an excursion page are paid separately.

4. Cancellation

• You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the excursion.
• If you cancel within 24 hours of the excursion, 50% of the price applies.
• To cancel, message us on WhatsApp or by email.
• If we cancel an excursion, for example because of weather, sea conditions or a decision by the authorities, we offer you another date or another excursion. If neither suits you, you pay nothing.

5. Pick-up and the day of the excursion

• Please be ready at your hotel reception at the pick-up time we send you.
• Pick-up and return times, programmes and the order of stops can change because of traffic, weather, checkpoints or the rules of the sites visited.
• Age groups, age limits and safety rules are shown on each excursion page and must be followed. Our guides and partners may refuse an activity if it is not safe for you.
• Please read the “What to bring” and “Important information” sections on the excursion page before you go.

6. Your health and safety

• Tell us before booking about any health condition, pregnancy or limited mobility that could matter for the activity.
• Follow the instructions of the guide, driver, captain or instructor at all times.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them.

7. Responsibility

We take care in choosing the drivers, boats, guides and partners for each excursion. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by your own actions, by not following safety instructions, or by events outside our control, such as weather, strikes, road closures or decisions of the authorities. Please keep your valuables with you. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

8. Use of the website

• The texts and photos on stella.travel belong to Stella Travel or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our written agreement.
• We try to keep all information on the website correct and up to date. If information on the website differs from your booking confirmation, the confirmation applies.
• Links to other websites are given for your information. We are not responsible for their content.

9. Internal tools connected to Google

Our team uses an internal tool that connects our own Google accounts to an AI assistant. It is used only by Stella Travel staff, under these terms and the terms of Google and Anthropic. Google user data is handled only as described in our Privacy Policy, including the Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy. Anyone who authorised the tool can remove its access at any time from Google account permissions.

10. Personal data

How we collect, use and protect your personal data is explained in the privacy page linked in section 9.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to solve it together. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page on the day you book applies to your booking.
